Yes, but how is it really free?

What is the catch?
There is not a hidden one. The core app is free because word of mouth is how TheTruthSpy grows — a review, a share or a referral is worth more to us than a small monthly fee, so we let you pay that way instead. If you would rather not, the free core still works.
Do I have to do tasks?
No. The core features — location, screen time, filtering, alerts — work without doing a single task. Tasks only add access days and switch on the advanced tools.
What happens when my access days run out?
The core keeps running. The advanced tools you had unlocked pause until you top up your days with another task. Nothing is deleted, and your settings are kept.
Is there a paid plan if I would rather just pay?
Not at the moment. TheTruthSpy has no paid tier; the task model is how it stays funded. If that changes, it will be announced here and in your account first, and the free core will stay free.
Does the site show ads?
The guides on this website may carry advertising to help keep TheTruthSpy free. Ads never appear inside the parent panel or the app on your child's phone, and we do not sell your family's data to anyone. See the privacy policy.
Will it always be free?
The core is designed to stay free. We would rather be the app families keep for years because it is fair than one that springs a paywall the week you rely on it.
