TheTruthSpy is intended solely for legal monitoring. It is designed for parents and legal guardians to protect their own minor children, and for businesses to monitor company-owned devices where the user has given consent. Installing or using monitoring software on a device you do not own, or monitoring a person without the legal right to do so, may be a criminal offence in your country or state. By using TheTruthSpy you accept full responsibility for using it lawfully.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TheTruthSpy's website, applications and services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, installing the app, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use the Service. You agree to use TheTruthSpy only for lawful purposes, which include:
You agree not to use the Service to monitor any person or device without the legal right to do so. Surveillance of another adult without their knowledge and consent — including a spouse, partner or other individual — may be illegal and is strictly prohibited. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use is lawful in your jurisdiction, as laws vary significantly between countries, states and regions.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
Some features require a paid subscription. Prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice. Paid plans renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renewal in your account settings before the renewal date. Premium plans are covered by a money-back guarantee; to request a refund, contact support within the applicable guarantee window. Except as required by law or expressly stated, fees are otherwise non-refundable.
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not use it to harass, stalk, threaten or harm any person; to violate any law or third-party right; to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or account; or to interfere with the operation of the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are being used unlawfully or in breach of these Terms.
Features depend on the device, operating system and configuration of the monitored phone, and on third-party apps that may change at any time. Some features — particularly advanced tools such as recording and camera capture — are available only on supported devices and may be affected by software updates. We do not guarantee that any specific feature will function on any specific device.
The Service, including its software, design, text and branding, is owned by TheTruthSpy or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer or create derivative works except as permitted by law.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will always be captured, accurate or complete.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TheTruthSpy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TheTruthSpy and its officers, employees and agents from any claims, damages, losses or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms, including any use that is unlawful or that infringes the rights of others.
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
